Condo Photos

Here are some photos of our new condo!

Here's our building. Our unit is circled. We're on the northwest side. The park is where we walk Orion when we stay close to home.

Our lobby was just redecorated.

Here's the layout of our condo.

When you first come in, you're in the long hallway. This is the view down to the living room / kitchen.

Master bedroom. The printer, white bookcase, and desk beside the printer are being moved into the office now that our renter has moved out. The yellow curtains were left by the previous owner. I hate them. Going to change them soon!

Master bath. So much bigger than our last one! And two sinks! The white linen cabinet was left by the previous owners. It was a lovely cherry color before we attacked it with white paint.

The door next to the master bedroom is the second bathroom. Not very exciting, but we'll see what the future holds for it. But it does have a Jacuzzi tub. We're still not sure why it's in the second bathroom and not the master.

Next stop: Office. It's behind the sliding barn door. A's old desk will be moving out once we spruce up the new old desk we bought for cheap. Also need some longer and better matching curtains.

Best part of the office: The Gator wall! A has wanted one for a long time. There's one thing not Gator-related on this wall... do you know what it is?

And now, the main area: Living room / kitchen combo.

We installed the pot rack and spray-painted metal shelves for the pantry. Please note the main use of the dining table: K's scrapbooking adventures.

At some point we'll find a shorter downrod for the fan and raise it, but apparently it's not a standard sized one.

A bonus: The balcony! We wanted outdoor space but were willing to part with it if we found a place which met all our needs. Thankfully this one had one! Please note the grill cover which has been tied to the grill but has managed to come off. It's been VERY windy. We actually lost the first grill cover and it was also tied down. No idea where it went.

There you have it! Still work to do and things we want to get, but it's definitely home now! :)
